Xenia Lane is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in Analytics and Operations. This unique combination has enabled her to develop innovative and practical analytics approaches to drive business strategy. Her experience spans payments risk solutions, operational analytics and network optimization. Xenia’s also managed various operations groups, including inbound contact centers, relationship managers and training and development teams. She is currently leading Omni Channel Analytics at SunTrust Banks, Inc., where the focus is on client interactions across the bank’s channels. Her work is foundational to the support of Retail Network, Contact Center and Digital strategies for SunTrust’s Consumer segment.
