JP Snow

JP Snow believes that leading analytics requires a combination of analysis expertise, business knowledge and most importantly, the ability to motivate and develop analytic talent. As the Vice President of Institutional Analytics and Client Loyalty at Charles Schwab, he leads the organization that provides business-to-business and financial product units with quantitative analysis, strategic insights, and ongoing measurement. He’s also responsible for firm-wide client loyalty initiatives, including the Net Promoter Score program which he helped launch in 2005. In addition to his current position in the Analytics & Business Insight organization, his twenty years with Schwab have included leadership roles in Trading Services, Client Experience, Fixed Income, and Business Strategy. Earlier in his career, he worked at GE Capital, American Express, and Thrivent Financial. JP holds a B.S. in Economics from the Honors Tutorial College of Ohio University. He completed the Wharton-SIFMA Securities Industry Institute program in 2015, and he holds five brokerage industry licenses. When not leading analytics, he’s often with his family, hiking, cycling, or skiing in his home state of Colorado. Even then, he’s still an analyst at heart, using R to perform “quantified self” metrics on his health and fitness goals.
