Chris Koehler

As Chief Data Officer, Mr. Koehler is responsible for setting the company’s data strategy and managing data as a strategic business asset including governance and controls. Since 2012, he has been Vice President of Enterprise Data and Decision Management overseeing Advanced Analytic and Enterprise Data Warehouse solutions as well as the company’s Decision Management systems. From 2008 to 2012, Mr. Koehler served as Vice President of Discover’s Payment Services Technology department supporting Discover Network, Diners Club International and the PULSE Debit Network. Mr. Koehler began his career at Discover in 1993 and has held various leadership positions within the Business Technology division in the areas of Application Development, Infrastructure Services, E-business and Enterprise Architecture. Mr. Koehler holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in both Computer Information Systems and Finance.
